  1. The website is owned and operated by Sere-med – Linbro Business Park, 8 Quark Cres, Frankenwald, Sandton, 2090
  2. Visitors to the website, including those who buy from it, are bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. If you do not want to agree to these terms and conditions do not use the website. If you continue to use the website, we will assume that you have agreed to the terms and conditions.

The contents of these terms and conditions:


As these are medical products, Sere-med will not consider or entertain any requests for goods to be uplifted and credited once goods have been paid for and delivered. Sere-med will exchange goods should they either be damaged during delivery or found to be defective.

Written notification of any damage resulting during delivery must immediately be communicated to Vasie on 011 262 2220 / or 082 898 3516. We will require a photo confirming the evidence of damage to the package and product be sent to or 083 562 7419.

The cost to uplift damaged goods will be the responsibility of Sere-med. In the event of a defect, Sere-med must be notified on 011 262 2220 / or on 083 898 3516 within 24 hours of delivery.

Should a fault be confirmed the defective product will be replaced and delivered free of charged.

Should no fault be found and in our opinion the product is working within the manufacturer’s specifications, a cost to return the product to you will apply. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to have the product returned to Sere-med for evaluation should this be the case.

Sere-med ensures that all medical equipment is subject to our quality inspection prior to goods being despatched on delivery.

Orders will not be processed unless the information we requested is completed and full payment id received.

Payments will only be accepted thru the PayFast option on Sere-med Direct or a direct EFT transfer to our account.
