Sere-med has Business Development Consultants based in all major cities in South Africa they are ably assisted by in-house Regional Customer Support Consultants who can help and assist you.

We have adapted our Sere-med website and order app to be much more user friendly and is also available on all android mobile devices in seven different languages.

The website will guide you as to who your point of contact would be for your relevant areas.

We have also grown our client base on the order app. This affords you the opportunity to place your order, manage your practice or business without interruptions of having to see a representative to place orders.

You can also place your orders on the app at a time convenient to yourself.

We have noticed an increase in orders after hours and over weekends.

Our Business Development Consultants will still contact you to add value with new or relevant products and information to benefit your practice, patients and businesses.

Other advantages of ordering on the app have been:

  • Speedy Deliveries
  • Clients being able to see comprehensive product range including medical instruments, dressings, medical consumables, medical equipment and first aid bags. All the above is in digital format and shows pictures and pricing of the whole Sere-med range.
