The negative effect that has resulted from Covid is on the supplier side, especially our international suppliers. Stock shortages are a serious concern. Please be assured that Sere-med is working tirelessly to maintain our stock levels but manufacturing back logs and unexpected delays in shipments is having a serious impact on our ability in providing complete order requirements.
We therefore kindly ask for your understanding of our current predicament and that addressing stock shortages is prioritized and will be rectified within the next few months.
I am pleased to announce that we are busy finalizing the design and will soon be replacing the existing Sere-med invoice for one that is more legible and client friendly.
